Leadership

Will Feland, President

Will co-founded Pinnacle Structures, Inc. in 1994.  He has 24 years of experience in management of steel building systems manufacturing.

Will's broad range of formal education degrees include: B.S.A., University of Arkansas; J.D., University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and M. Div., Phillips Theological Seminary.

In addition to managing Pinnacle Structures, Inc. Will also has owned a private law practice, been prosecuting attorney, and circuit judge.  He is a former member of the executive committee and former board chairman of the Metal Building Manufacturing Association.

"In my involvement with Pinnacle since the start up days,  I am so pleased with the constant focus on quality, on going the second mile with the builder, and on truly being a team effort from that first contact  the builder has with the sales person to the day the Pinnacle driver pulls up on the jobsite with the best in pre-engineered building systems.  On a personal note,  I am  proud that the Pinnacle family has contributed literally millions of dollars and countless volunteer hours to give back to the communities we serve in so many ways."

Josh Fairchild – Chief Operating Officer

Josh's responsibilities include overseeing daily manufacturing operations, technical departments, and customer service.

Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, exercising, golf and spending time with his family.

He grew up in rural Arkansas as the middle of five children in a one-income family. He's the son of a diesel mechanic and grandson of a carpenter.  Both men followed the old adage: “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right”.  So you could say he's a third-generation perfectionist who believes hard work and attention-to detail are the foundation of success.

Having spent his teenage years and early twenties in various manual labor jobs, progressing into leadership roles each time, he was given his first opportunity at an office position as an entry-level drafter with a sign manufacturer at the age of 23.

When he left that company about five years later to pursue an opportunity in the metal building industry, he had worked his way up to being the department manager.  A few years later, in January of 2009, he joined Pinnacle Structures as a senior detailer.  He quickly realized that this company, whose impressive history and strong vision, was exactly the type of team he wanted to be a part of--a company with an immensely talented staff and an unwavering dedication to be the absolute best.

"Today, we continue to be a company steadfast in its core values that takes a great deal of pride in providing our customers with a product that exceeds their expectations and service that is second to none.  We call it 'Pinnacle Pride' and I am honored and humbled to be a part of this outstanding team!"
